Meet in the clinic to get weighed! Ran by Tiffany Carey 4th & 5th period and by Beth Allan 6th period and of course Debbie Barber will lead us all. We will use myFitnessPal so bring your iPads and iPhones! **YOU MUST GET WEIGHED & PAY BY FRIDAY NOVEMBER 1st to participate**

Building New Thanksgiving Traditions for Your Family
Need a GOOD LAUGH or GOOD IDEA? Join us for a Thanksgiving themed SHARE-A-THON during 5th lunch on Wednesday NOVEMBER 6TH. Cookies and school-appropriate drinks will be provided.
Bring your lunch, a recipe to share and a tradition your family already has in place or is looking to start. We will be building an eBook to share with the staff.
We will gobble 'til we wobble and exchange ideas until the turkeys come home (or the bell rings, which ever comes first).
When: Wednesday November 6th during 5th lunch
Where: Teacher's Lounge
Bring: Your lunch and Thanksgiving recipes and/or traditions
