課程簡介


  • 葡撻皮脆餡滑,令人回味無窮;焦糖燉蛋cream brulee幼滑可口

  • 葡撻為酥皮底
  • 各學員有8個直徑2.5吋的葡撻
  • 焦糖燉蛋為示範食譜,成品供學員品嚐
  • 學員可拿走自己的成品

    學費以人頭計算,請勿攜同額外之小孩或親友出席

    此班最多可供15人參加(HKUAA Members will have priority)




    課室於上課前5分鐘開放,請學員準時出席, 課程將準時開始

    學員需於下課後5分鐘內離開課室


    除製成品外,課室內禁止錄音、攝影或錄影

    請勿攜帶食物在課室內進食
