- Apparently National School Counselor Week was celebrated from February 7-11, but we accidentally listed it on our school calendar for March 7-11. OOPS! Since we didn't properly celebrate our school counselor during the correct week, we will be celebrating her now. THANK YOU MRS. BROWN for all you do to support students and adults at Reading!

- PTA Board Meeting at 2:30pm in the faculty room

FRIDAY, MARCH 11

NEW STAFF MEMBERS AND HELP WANTED AT READING
- Julie Winegar - COVID Aide (replacing Amy Turner)
- Rachel Zaugg - Special Ed Records Assistant (replacing Tacy Gibbons)
- Kurtis Lundell - School Technology Specialist (replacing Mitch Pendleton)
We will also miss Alicia Ruth who has worked in our office for a couple of hours each morning, then served as a teacher assistant. She has just started her student teaching requirement at Stewart Elementary School. We need great teachers and know Mrs. Ruth will be amazing!
We have an immediate need for a new teacher assistant to help in these three classes. If you would be interested in applying, please reach out to Mr. Hughes or Mrs. Hunter in the office. Here is the proposed schedule:
- Mondays-Fridays
- 9-10:15am - Working with Mrs. Clayton's 3rd graders
- 10:15-10:45am - Working with Mr. Jensen's 6th graders
- 10:45-11am - Break
- 11am-12:15pm - Working with Mrs. Larsen's 3rd graders
2022-23 Kindergarten Registration
We are preparing to register Kindergarten students who will attend for the 2022-2023 school year. If your child is age-eligible (born between Sept. 2, 2016 and Sept. 1, 2017) and will be coming to Kindergarten, please provide the information requested on the form below.

We plan to collect preliminary information with this online form until Feb. 28, 2022. That will allow registration packets to be mailed on March 4, 2022. Office staff will be available to collect completed registration forms/packets on Friday, March 18, 2002, between 9am-3pm OR on Monday, March 21, 2022, between 10am-5pm.
