E-learning Plans for March 16-20
Students in K-2 received folders of work to be completed over the coming week. Students in grades 3-5 who marked "no access" on the recent internet access survey also received packets of work to be completed over the next 5 days. If your child was absent on March 13th, the packets are available for you to pick up from the VFES office any time between 8:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. next week. Please call us at 812-752-8925 if you have questions.
Students in grades 3-5 who marked that they have some type of internet access on the recent surveys brought home their iPads so they can complete their assignments electronically. Teachers made sure that students knew how to access their work before they left school on Friday.
Teachers will be in the building during their regular work hours throughout the e-learning week. They will be immediately available to answer questions via phone/email from 10:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. each day. They will be completing other educational/professional tasks during the remaining hours, so there might be a slight delay if you have a question at other times throughout the week.
Breakfast and lunch are available Monday, March 16th through Friday, March 20th. Breakfast can be picked up between 7:30 a.m. - 8:00 a.m. at door 3 in the car line. Lunch is available between 11:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon at door 3 in the car line. The student(s) receiving the food must be in the vehicle.
