In Gomez vs California 1992 the suprem court refused to strike down California a use of the gas chamber. The reason why there going court because there too much or kill some one or they still of a pice of bread.
THE EIGHTH AMENDMENT DECISION
If some guilty will stretched out there body until there body is apart and they hang them and burned them until they die and burned and they put them in the gas chamber or they they put them in the oven.
