Customer Care Core Values Contest!

2-10 and 5-1am Edition

The Deets.

2-10 and 5-1 have been killing it lately so Cara and I want to mix things up a bit with a contest unlike anything we've done before! Without further ado, we are pleased to announce the Customer Care Core Values Contest (2-10/5-1 edition). This contest will focus on how well you incorporate the Customer Care core values into your daily ticket interactions.


To qualify, you will need to send one ticket ID per core value via the Google form included here; in total, you will need to send 4 ticket IDs, one for each core value! We will be picking one winner per core value and also one overall winner who truly demonstrated each of the core values.

The Dates.

This contest will run from Sunday, July 21st to EOD Saturday, July 27th. Only ticket IDs from between these dates will be accepted!


The Prizes.

There are five possible prizes for this contest! We will choose one person who has gone above and beyond in demonstrating all four core values for the grand prize. Four more people will be chosen for outstanding examples of each, individual Core Value.



Grand Prize: 10 ModDollars

Empathy: 5 ModDollars

Creativity: 5 ModDollars

Transparency: 5 ModDollars

Anticipation: 5 ModDollars

The Rules.


  • This contest is 100% voluntary but we strongly encourage participation!
  • This is a ticket-only contest so no chats or phone calls please!
  • To qualify for any of the prizes, exactly four tickets must be submitted through the Google form; less than four won't be accepted and only the first four submitted will be reviewed.
  • No shared macros, please! Personal macros are welcome though.
  • If your submission doesn't demonstrate the Core Value or violates any of these rules, it will be disqualified. Don't worry though, if one entry is disqualified, you're still eligible to win one of the single core value prizes!
  • Assistant Leads are welcome to participate but are not eligible for the Grand Prize.
