Roll Cadets

Cascade High School Musical -- All Shook Up!

Join us on April 14th, 15th, & 16th for our 2022 spring musical, All Shook Up! The musical hits of Elvis Presley and story plots of Shakespeare collide in this fast-paced, hilariously fun 1950s jukebox musical that is for the whole family! When the rovin' roustabout, Chad, rolls into a small midwestern town, people begin to fall in and out of love all in one zany night that will change the town forever! All Shook Up is a rocking, heartwarming tale about following dreams, opening up to love, and the power of music!

Tickets can be purchased beginning March 1st at Tickets are $12 online or $15 at the box office sold prior to each performance.

Congratulations Katrina Sanders

Congratulations to Katrina Sanders for being named the Mill Creek Community School Corporation Staff Member of the Month! Katrina serves as an instructional assistant working with Miss Verhey and the THRIVE students. She has a heart for helping students and has been a dedicated, caring, and professional part of the Cascade High School Family for many years. Thank you, Katrina, for dedicating your time and positive energy to our students. Thank you to North Salem State Bank for sponsoring this recognition for our staff.

No School Friday, April 15th

There will be no school for students on Friday, April 15th. Our staff will be involved in professional development activities that day. April 15th is not a home learning day for students. We hope they are able to enjoy a 3 day weekend.

Prom/Post Prom

The 2022 Cascade High School Prom will be held on Saturday, April 23rd from 7:00-11:00 p.m. in the Dolphin Pavilion at the Indianapolis Zoo. Friday, April 8th, is the last day that juniors and seniors will be able to purchase tickets for Prom. Guest forms may be picked up in the office. Juniors and Seniors may purchase tickets after school through April 8th in Mrs. Scharrer's room. We look forward to a beautiful evening for our 2022 Prom at the zoo. Post Prom will be held in the Cadet Center at Cascade High School that night from 11:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. Permission slips for Post Prom can be picked up in the main office and should be returned by April 8th. Students can purchase a Post Prom ticket once the permission form is signed and returned. Thank you to the many parent volunteers who are working to make Post Prom possible for our students.

Spring Sports

Our student-athletes participating in Baseball, Softball, Track and Field, and Boys' Golf are already practicing and competing for the Spring season. If you get a chance, please come out to support our student-athletes at a contest in April or May.

Congratulations Scott Stevens

Cascade High School Athletic Director, Scott Stevens, was recognized recently by the IIAAA, our state athletic director's association, with the Distinguished Service Award for his significant contributions to interscholastic athletics. We are proud of Mr. Stevens and thankful for his dedication to our coaches and student-athletes and his countless hours to help provide the opportunity for our student-athletes to compete.

Amber Creek - Hometown Hero

Over Spring Break, Cascade High School Administrative Assistant, Amber Creek was recognized by radio station Hank FM as a Hometown Hero for her contributions to our students and staff. Amber is a pleasant and helpful presence for our students, staff, and parents every day and handles a very busy high school office flawlessly. We are thankful for Amber and all the positive energy that she brings to our school. She truly is a Hometown Hero!
