Johnys death was completely detrimental to the gang. Johny was crippled in the process of saving people from a burning church and lead to him getting crippled and complications occured
Bobs death was unexpected, Johny who killed him had to choose between the death of Bob or the death of his fellow gang member Ponyboy. Bob's death was a tragedy to the Socs and was very depressing for them.
Dally death came about because he was so overwhelmed with Johny's death and how everything was laying out. He put himself in the situation where he was shot y the cops and killed. all of the gang members deaths had a different impact on people and it affected Dally the most.
