ALL GRADS ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND GRAD COUNCIL MEETINGS!

Grad Council typically meets bi-weekly on Wednesday’s at 10:10am (in room 151).

The next Grad Council Meeting will be DEC 7th!

Graduation Portraits are scheduled from February 26 - March 1, 2024. Online bookings for portraits are now open.

Book your appointment with these easy steps:

1. Go online to www.SmartPhotography.ca/book/
2. Enter access code: BHS2324
3. Select desired date and time from bolded availability on calendar.
4. Enter your information and pay sitting fee. There is a $25.00 sitting fee per student that is payable online during booking.

A variety of fundraising opportunities will be available throughout the year to support the cost of graduation.

Thank you to all of you that supported the Purdy's Chocolate fundraiser! There was a total of $16,050.50 worth of products sold!

Products will be picked up by the students on December 7th and distributed to their supporters!

NEXT FUNDRAISER:

Bottle Drop Off - the next fundraiser will be the Bottle Drop-Off. We set up in the staff parking lot and all you have to do is drive up and we will help you unload your bottles.

The bottle drop off is Wednesday, January 10th so be sure to save all your cans and bottles over the next month.

The Commencement fee of $105 is charged to all graduating students and is used to cover costs related to the Commencement Ceremony which includes grad gown rentals, caps, tassels, stoles, diploma covers, diploma printing, decorations, flowers, video recordings etc.

*please note the Commencement Fee does not include any banquet tickets.

To be eligible to participate in graduation activities, Bellerose students must meet the requirements for an Alberta high school diploma by the end of June of their Grade 12 year. Students must have completed, or be enrolled in and passing, sufficient courses to meet all diploma requirements, including a minimum of 100 credits. Students who wish to have independent study or off-campus courses as part of the qualifications must provide documentation of course registration.

• Students should ensure they are registered in the appropriate courses to meet the requirements.

• Students should ensure they will be able to earn sufficient credits to meet the minimum 100 credits.
