Depending on your blood type you may need to restrict the foods you eat for example, blood type A is a meat free diet. Mostly vegitarian.

You get plenty of grains, veggies, fruits and beans but, no meat or dairy. Although milk is a main soirce of calcium and vitamin D you can get those from fruits as well.
Does it work?
WebMD.com says that "It's hard to tell whether the Blood Type Diet works, because there haven't been and studies done."
No evidence clearly exists.
People might be more vulnerable to this diet because it claims to be healthy and fits specially to your body type. Down falls are that it's expensive because of the organic foods.
