I do not have very good nutrition. I am OK on about half of my nutrients, and under on the rest. The only ones I had over were the bad ones. Seeing it this way definitely makes me want to eat healthier.
For some people, the hardest part about working out, is getting up. Getting up from the couch, getting out of the house, and going to the gym to be exact. For some people it is just hard for them to deal with change, and they don't think it will actually work. Well, they know it will work, but they feel like it will take forever to see results. But once you start it, it gets easier.
