Sense of Urgency
When students are out of the room there is an increased risk factor of misbehavior. It is also non-learning time. We need every moment of everyday to help students succeed. (You already know this; just a reminder.)

Cleanliness & Packing
This will help you as we will begin to prepare for summer packing and cleaning. We are hosting summer school this summer, so my rule for that is either lock up or take home your personal classroom/teaching items. We will not be held responsible for anything that is lost, stolen, or damaged.
Do not start emptying your classrooms. We still have 3 weeks of school and 3 days of STAAR testing to prep for; we do not want students to start turning off their brains thinking we've packed up for summer.
EOY Student Info Sheets
You will type in your students' names and info as requested along the top of the form.
This information will be used in the coming weeks to create class lists.
Open the file. Find your tab and enter information on your own tab. Do not open any other tabs.
These need to be completed by Friday, May 11th.
Tutorials & Saturday Academy
- This is the last week of tutorials!
- The following personnel will be in the library at 3:40pm to receive students, pass out snacks, and check students in (push "button" below for access to tutorial log):
- MONDAY: Nemcek
- TUESDAY: Gray
- THURSDAY: Esquivel & Cathcart
- FRIDAY: Harvey
- **Ladies, if you are going to be out, please secure/arrange to trade days with another so that the kids are not left unattended. Thanks!
- Teachers, you must pick up your students on your tutorial day as close to 4pm as possible.
- Please remember to check the online Google form (button below) to verify attendance and snack consumption has been marked accordingly.
- Tutorial teachers, you cannot leave students unattended at exit doors.
- Each Thursday buses will be provided to take students home after PM tutorials.
Punch Cards
This special treat will be given during their specials times...The coaches will escort those with enough punches to the park. Harvey will assist depending on numbers either way. Students without the 20 punches will go to music with Mr. Ross.
