SENIOR SALUTE - Friday, June 12, 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

Students will have the opportunity to wave hello/goodbye to their former teachers at each school they have attended in Webster. There will be a drive-through parade route at each school. Teachers and staff from the elementary, middle, and high schools will cheer on the seniors as they drive by their respective schools. We encourage students to decorate their cars with their name and post-graduation plans. More guidelines will be coming to make this a safe but fun activity. Parents wishing to see the event are encouraged to drive/ride with their student(s).

At the Senior Salute, students will…

  • pick up their yearbook (if ordered).

  • pick up their graduation cap & gown (if ordered) and any cords/sashes/honors earned.

  • receive a commemorative gift.

  • be honored and celebrated by Webster’s K-12 staff!

Virtual Senior Elementary/Spry Parade Slide - Due Friday, May 22

The elementary parade has quickly become a beloved and important tradition in our district. With this year's parade in jeopardy, we would like to create a slideshow of the Schroeder and Thomas students in the Class of 2020! The slide show will contain a unique slide for each Webster senior. The slide will display your name and pictures of you then and now. Think of your slide as a scrapbook page. One per person. Some things to keep in mind as you design your slide.

  • This needs to be school appropriate.

  • We want your full name prominently displayed and easy to read.

  • We want your elementary school name prominently displayed and easy to read.

  • Please include a minimum of one photo of you at an elementary age and one senior portrait. We know the elementary teachers would love seeing a photo with them included if you have any.

  • Have fun with this. Let your slide reflect you, your personality, and your hopes and dreams for the future. You may even want to show where you are headed next year, similar to the decision day post. It’s up to you.

Questions? Contact: Mrs. Goodwine, Mr. Sepka, Mr. Callahan, or Mr. Benz

We know this won’t be the same as the in-person parade, but we also know this will be a lot of fun to watch. Who knows, maybe the class of 2020 will start a new tradition. We look forward to seeing your creativity. This will be released in May!

We are creating a virtual parade. Please complete the slide on the Class of 2020 Google Classroom page (code: qnok73m). Updated Senior Parade SlideShow

Share your slide with Mr. Sepka’s secretary,
