Silver Gate Elementary
Week of 10/11/21
THANK YOU TO ALL FOR A FANTASTIC GATOR RUN EVENT!
Thank You to the SENESCALL FAMILY!
Phil and Kirsten Senescall live in Ocean Beach with their three kids Jack (9), Hank (7) and Wendy (4). Jack is in 3rd grade with Mrs. Fairbanks and Hank is in 2nd grade with Mrs. LaBarre. Wendy attends Red Brick preschool. This is their third year at Silver Gate. They love being involved in their Ocean Beach/Point Loma community. They are members at the San Diego Yacht Club and Phil is on the board of Autism Tree Project Foundation here in Point Loma. Their oldest son, Jack, has autism and their family has turned his diagnosis into a passion for advocating for children and families with autism. Building a strong school community for Jack has helped him socially and helped the entire school community to be more aware and inclusive of children with special needs. We love supporting their school to make it a beautiful, inclusive environment for all staff and students. We hope you all love the Gator Run shirts and wear them and pass them down to future Silver Gators for years to come!
Phil’s company, Professional Maintenance Systems, is the largest and oldest janitorial company in San Diego. They clean for many large buildings, as well as schools, including Francis Parker, USD, and the YMCAs. With over a thousand employees in the area, they offer a lot of great jobs. They clean for a lot of great companies, and they do a lot to give back. Their mission giving supports children-related causes including Friends of Silver Gate, YMCAs of San Diego, The New Children's Museum, and Rady's.
