2.2 the benefits of working with others!
There are many benefits of working with others, yous can all share your ideas which will add a wider array of ideas! it will make it easier to identify the SWOT and will help you to work to a goal which yous can all agree on. This will save time AND money! You can help to build up eachothers confidence and encourage eachother to do a better job! By doing this it can help to keep everyone in the loop so no one gets left out and it will make them feel confident to shre and express their ideas! working as a part of a team is a fun way of doing things!
The Behaviours and attitudes to support innovation!
When working towards supporting people in innovation, it is important that you have the right kind of attitude! helpfull traits and skills are importanting when you're wanting to do this! Having an open mind is a good one, you need to be open to change to things around you! Having a positive attuide when going into any work tasks, this will make it easier to agree on certain tasks! Being flexible to changes will benefit you when trying to get things done, also being optimistic and versatile. Being patient will help you alot, although sometimes you may disagree with some points, when the majority of the group are happy with it by being patient and taking the time to understand it will help you to get through!
