St. Columba Catholic School - News every Friday - 3/13/20

St. Columba Families,

Hopefully you all received my email with the updates around COVID-19 and our school closure. For reference you can find the documents by following the links below.

The upcoming days and weeks will definitely be a big change for all of us. I ask for your patience and trust during this process. Our teachers have your child's best interest at heart and we will do all we can to make this change as easy as possible.

You will be hearing from me a lot in the upcoming days. Always know that you can reach out to me whenever needed.

Here is a look ahead at the upcoming events on campus:

GALA SUCCESS!

Our Gala last week was an incredible success. For the night, we were able to successfully raise $40,000 for STEM programs for next year! We are awaiting final numbers and expenses to be tallied for our bottom line beyond STEM, but it was a fantastic night.

Congratulations to the Fiorica family for winning the $3,000 raffle!

Thank you to all for the continuous support of this fantastic fundraiser!

1st Annual Pi Day!

Our first annual Pi Day was such a success! Many thanks to Ms. Castro, Mrs. Bunker, and Ms. Zucconi for coordinating this great afternoon centered around Math. Thank you for helping our students make connections between Math and other subjects, all while having fun!

Many thanks as well to our 8th graders for successfully leading our Faith Families!

It was a great afternoon! Follow the link below to see highlights!
