November Newsletter
It has been a busy 8 weeks filled with lots of learning and fun! Our students are reading novels in their English classes, participating in labs and projects in science, collaborating in math class as teams, and writing a lot in History. We have had the opportunity to give our 5th grade friends from Porter, Baker and Nye tours of our campus, as well as build engineering projects with our AVID mentors. Our 8th grade students participated in articulation events with the team from Lincoln, and were buzzing about High School. Our ASB put on our first Pep Rally of the year for progress report #1 with music from Sol e Mar. Our ASB has also created a "Bulldog Beautification" program to help keep our campus looking beautiful.
Our library is open! We encourage all students to read for 20 minutes a night independently. Students can check out books during Advisory or lunch time.
We thank you for your partnership in your student's success. Power School Parent Portal info letters were mailed home with p1 report cards. If you did not get the report card or your parent letter, please email our site tech Ms. Ojetti at kojetti@sandi.net
