JUDICIAL
The president and senates run the judicial branch but the Judicial branch is made up of the Supreme Court, Lower Courts, Special Courts, and court support organizations.Judicial Branch, leaves Congress significant discretion to determine the shape and structure of the federal judiciary. Even the number of Supreme Court Justices is left to Congress.so the judicial branch interprets the laws and it reviews the lower court decisions. also judges whether laws and executive actions are constitutional and rules on cases between states. so summing things up it means Article III of the Constitution established this Court and all other Federal courts were created by Congress. Courts decide arguments about the meaning of laws, how they are applied, and whether they break the rules of the Constitution. But Federal judges can only be removed through impeachment by the house of representative and conviction in the senate goverment. so everything has to go through the court system
