Last week, we completed the NC Check-Ins and the Ready Reading and Math diagnostics. Students took their time and worked hard on these, results will be in next week. We will be having awards ceremonies in classrooms beginning on Tuesday. Please look for students to bring these home by Friday, in their bookbag.

This month, students are working towards earning 100 DOJO points to attend our monthly PBIS celebration. We will have Valentine Bingo for Kindergarten through first grade students and Minute to Win It games for students in Grades 2-5. The top two points earners in each class will enjoy a pizza party. Please encourage your child to be on their best behavior at school and to continue following all of the procedures in class, they've been doing a great job, so far!

1. Monday- Martin Luther King, Jr. holiday, no school

2. Tuesday- 100th Day of School (dress like you're 100 years old or wear 100 items!)

3. Wednesday- Remote Learning Day, students will complete work at home

4. Friday- practice fire drill
