Free Book Club for Parents!
Our fantastic Liz Schwemlein, family mental health specialist, would love to facilitate a book club.
Featured book: The Power of Showing Up by Daniel J. Siegel M.D. and Tina Payne Bryson, Ph.D.
"Children who form secure attachments with their caregivers lead happier and more fulfilling lives.
These bonds are formed when parents respond to the needs of their children by providing the four S's:
Safe, Seen, Soothed, Secure."
We'll explore strategies to implement the Four S's each day with our children.
