First Day School Supplies
The Forest Grove teachers and the PTA have partnered to make the 2016-2017 school supply purchasing process simple. Together, we have refined the school supply lists and families are now able to purchase grade specific kits through 1st Day School Supplies. Families may order kits from now through June 15. The kits will be available for pick up prior to the first day of school in August, 2016. A flyer will be sent home to all students grades Kinder-4th grade this week. Please visit 1stdayschoolsupplies.com to order your kit before June 15th.

Aquarium Passes
"The Monterey Bay Aquarium Shelf to Shore Program" was created for families who otherwise cannot afford to visit the Aquarium.
Eligible adults (18 years of age and older) can receive one free pass to the Aquarium per program year from the Pacific Grove or Monterey Public Library. One pass admits up to six (6) family members for a one-time visit.
For free admission to the Aquarium, you must present this ticket with your matching library card at the Main Entrance.
Who is eligible?
You can get a Shelf to Shore Aquarium pass if you:
Are 18 years old or older.
Are a resident of Pacific Grove or Monterey.
Have a valid Pacific Grove or Monterey Public Library card.
Qualify as low-income. For this program, you are low-income if you and your family qualify for Free School Lunch, WIC, SNAP, Meals on Wheels, Medi-Cal, Healthy Families, Healthy Kids, or other similar services. The Library does not require proof that you meet this requirement."
PTA has a New Fundraising Program Called Scrip
What is Scrip? It’s fundraising while you shop. Scrip fundraising gift cards are the same gift cards you would normally purchase from your local retail stores, and they work the same way. You’ll find gift cards you can use at grocery stores, gas stations, restaurants, movie theatres, home improvement stores, etc. Look below for upcoming order and distributions dates.
