One of the traditional attractions in Saint-Petersburg is a trip on an open boat along numerous canals. The Griboedov Canal is one of the famous canals in Russia. It is named after a famous writer who lived in one of the houses near the canal.
Location
The Griboedov Canal starts from the Moyka River near the Field of Mars. It flows into the Fontanka River. Its length is 5 kilometres with a width of 32 metres.

Bank Bridge
Do you want to see mythological creatures with the body of a lion and the head of an eadle? Then you should take a walk along the Bank Bridge. It is a 25-m-long pedestrian bridge crossing the Griboedov Canal near the former Assignation Bank.
Lion Bridge
This bridge also has guads, but not mythological creatures. At the entrance to the bridge we can see the lions.
Kazan Bridge
It is the lowest bridge in the city.
