Brenham Elementary Cub News
End of Year 2019
A Note from Mrs. Vest
What a joy this 2nd year has been with you and your children at BES! The year went by so fast, but they do say time flies when you are having fun! I hope each day has held a bit of joy and fun for your student as we worked to teach them not only to be learners but people who make a great impact on the world.
Thank you for the words of praise, encouragement and smiles you have shared and for your understanding as we have continued to refine our procedures with the goal of increased efficiency, compliance, and student safety. Thank you for your generous donations of time and materials and gifts of appreciation. Thank you MOST for your precious children who make us smile and laugh every day! They are the reason we do what we do.
Please keep an eye out over the summer for continued newsletters and updates and don't forget to follow us on Facebook and Twitter @BrenhamElem!
Sincerely and in service,
Jennifer Vest

Kindergarten Roundup
The BES Kindergarten teachers invite your child to join us for Kindergarten Roundup. This will be an opportunity for a kindergarten teacher to meet with your child to assess beginning kindergarten skills before the first day of school. This brief meeting will take approximately 15 minutes. By completing some required assessments before school begins, we will gain time with students in the classroom to focus on instruction and classroom procedures.
Kindergarten Round Up will be held on July 31, 2019.
You may come and go anytime between 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM or 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM.
