Do you wish you knew how to save your files so you can access them anywhere? Do you want to share your files with other people? In this two hour training course, you will discover the various functions and apps found in the Office 365 suite.
Course Description
This course serves as an introduction to the software and focuses on using the portal to:
- Access and use Outlook
- Upload files to the OneDrive
- Access and edit a Word document
- Access and work with an Excel spreadsheet
- Access and work with a PowerPoint presentation
- Use OneNote
- Access Delve, Newsfeed, and Video
Learning Outcomes
Upon completion of this course, participants should be able to:
- Identify the options available in Office 365
- Recognize the differences between working in the Office 365 portal and working in the full application
- Identify the new features in Office
Who Should Attend
Anyone who needs to use the features available in Microsoft Office 365. This is a hands-on course and participants will receive a step-by-step manual. Course files will be sent to participants to use for review of the manual.
