Who are you going to call?
We are here to help! Sometimes families aren't quite sure who to reach out to for specific needs or requests. Take a look at the list below to see who to reach out to:
- Absence notifications should be completed online using Safe Arrival.
- Dilini Williams - Building Secretary - 262-970-1805, dwilliams@waukesha.k12.wi.us: Urgent student needs, Attendance support, After school PM dismissal changes, Infinite Campus access, School Fees
- Jodi Voelkel - Health Clerical Assistant - 262-970, jvoelkel@waukesha.k12.wi.us: Attendance support, After school PM dismissal changes, Medical attendance excuses, Pre-planned attendance needs, Health Room forms, Medications, Blessings in a Backpack
- To communicate with teacher directly, please reach out via email. Phones do not ring into the classrooms during the school day and teachers find time to check their emails once or twice a day. Staff Directory
- Transportation questions or concerns, please contact First Student directly.
Any changes to end of day pick up plans need to be made before 2:00PM.

Music Newsletter
Check out this Music Newsletter from our Mrs. Ziegler showing what your child will learn in music this year.
2nd and 3rd Grade Families
The 2nd and 3rd grade concert is on Thursday, November 30th. A save-the-date went home with your child this week. More information about the concert will be coming home soon! ~Mrs. Ziegler
Attendance Email Coming Soon
Once a month, each family will receive an email outlining your child's attendance count. This email is automatically generated and sent to the contacts in your child's Infinite Campus account. The attendance count that is written in the email tells how many absences have been tallied for your child so far this year. Please keep in mind that attendance is taken twice a day (AM and PM) so if your child is out for one day, there will be two attendance counts taken for that day. We always recommend that you double check your child's attendance in your Infinite Campus account. All details and reasons for absences are recorded there. If you have a letter for an appointment from a doctor or dentist, be sure to submit them to the office so appointments can be marked medically excused.
