Zimbabwe is a southern country known for its dramatic landscape and diversity of wildlife. Its capital city is Harare, which has two nicknames. The nicknames are "Sunshine" and H-Town".
Most of the wildlife is found within the parks, reserves and unbelievable safari areas. You may also enjoy taking a rafting trip or go bungee jumping to the Zambezi River, and also enjoy the amazing view of one of the largest waterfalls in the world, Victoria Falls.
To begin your unforgettable 7 day tour, we will welcome you with a Zimbabwe traditional dance and parade. You will be given a Zimbabwe flag with an explanation of the traditional flag colors. You will also have one of many opportunities to view and purchase traditional Zimbabwe clothing called Iporiyana for men and special woven blankets for married women to wear over their shoulders named Nguba. You will have time to purchase gifts and keepsakes, colorful wrap around dresses, headdresses, and or thick beaded hoops made of twisted grass called Isigolwani.
Your tour guide will take you to an all day view to admire the amazing Victoria Falls and its beautiful surroundings. Its a life time opportunity to see buffaloes, elephants, and rhinos. Our tour guides will make a stop downtown so that you can purchase your tickets for an unforgettable safari guided tour and also enjoy and have a taste of traditional Zimbabwe foods. We recommend you taste Sadza, Nyama, and Mapopo candy (papaya candy).
One of our many tour guides will also take you around and visit the Cathedral Basilica of the Immaculate Conception, which is located in Bulawayo, Zimbabwe. Pope Francis declared it a Minor Basilica in the year 2013. As your guided throughout the Basilica, you will also learn about the life of Saint Peter Claver, a Spanish priest who helped African slaves in Colombia by given them medicine and food.
Your designated guide will also take you through one of the three stadiums: National Sports Stadium, Sakubva Stadium, or the Barbourfields Stadium. The national Zimbabwe's soccer team has a nickname of "the Warriors" for the men's soccer team and the "mighty Warriors" is the nickname for the women's soccer team.

Zimbabwe is known to have started the Cricket Sport in the year 1890. The National Sports Stadium holds 60,000 people. Their most popular sport is soccer. They nicknamed the Zimbabwe Soccer team the "Warriors" and the women's soccer team the "Mighty Warriors".
