8:00-8:30 - Coffee and Registration
8:30-9:30 Part One
9:30-9:40 Break

To Do Prior to Session:
- Secure seminar space appropriate for size of seminar
- Book space with permit if necessary
- Create "heat ticket" for Wi-Fi access if you will be having participants who are out of board or from the community (clergy, etc)
- Test audio and projection at time of booking room and then again the day before
- Ensure that you have any necessary cables to connect to the projection and or sound system
- Check projection screens are functional
- Order Coffee and light breakfast with sponsoring Superintendent's admin assistance.
- Plan room set-up to accommodate small / large group activities
- Prepare /Plan sacred space is prepared according to theerliturgical calendar with visuals that enrich seminar
- Prepare registration in PD place
- Send invitations as per board policy. (Direct email/system update etc)
- Consult with program colleagues to ensure that there are people on hand to assist if necessary.
- Double check prayer / land acknowledgement in slides
- Double check all links in presentation and participant resources.
- Print attendance (sign-in) sheets day before
- Prepare welcome table the day before
- Check lighting/ blinds in room day before
- Double check catering is ordered if no invoice has been confirmed or recieved
