Charlie Spaniard "WORLD'S TOUGHEST LIFELONG LEARNER"
"I’ve transitioned my experiences as a professional fighter into professional speaking and mentoring.Having fought the scariest men on Earth, taught junior and senior high Spanish, won a reality TV show on national television and read incessantly for many years, I call upon my matrix of personal experience and knowledge to inspire you, challenge you and make you believe.I’ve been knocked out cold on live television, and I’ve lived out my own “Rocky” story in front of a million people. Through traditional keynotes, workshops and Power Conversations, you’ll get an inside look at what it takes to compete, and win, at the highest levels."

PGMS Cafeteria Supervision
Mr. Kirby and I have spoken with our Union Leadership and the District Office about trying to gain help from our professional staff, with supervision of the cafeteria during the lunch zones.
We are willing to offer a trade-off for your help, below are the specifics involved in the trade off to help supervise lunch zone(s).
Any staff member that would be willing to volunteer to supervise a grade level lunch zone would:
· Have no AM and PM duty
· Be able to leave after escorting their students to the busses, you would always escort your students out at the first dismissal call
If you are interested, please click on the link below and fill-out the Google form. This offer is open to all professional staff - for some, the lunch zones fall into your schedule when you don’t have students and for others this would mean supervising students during your duty free lunch, if you volunteer to do so.
We appreciate your willingness to give this offer some consideration and we would like all interested staff to fill out the form by October 14, with the plan to begin the 1st day of the 2nd marking period.
Differentiated Supervision and Evaluation 2019 - 2020 Timeline

Written proposals will include specific goals, activities to meet goals, evidence of progress and resources to be utilized. Staff members will submit a Mid-Year Summary Form by January 22, 2020.
The building principal/supervisor will hold an informal meeting with staff members to discuss the status of goals, activities completed, evidence of progress and teacher feedback on progress made by February 12, 2020.
Staff members will complete a Final Summary Form by May 11, 2020. The building principal/supervisor will conduct a final evaluation meeting by June 1, 2020. This final review will include goals accomplished, evidence of progress, impact of work on practice and teacher comments on progress.
