JUNIOR CONFERENCES
POST-HIGH SCHOOL PLANNING
- As summer approaches, we encourage students to begin thinking of their goals beyond high school. This may include, college, employment, military, trade school, gap year, and many more.
- If applicable, start your college search. Read and gather information, attend local college fairs, visit college campuses to see what sort of environments suit you.
Students interested in attending a 4-year college are encouraged to begin the standardized testing process in the Spring of junior year. This can be met through the SAT or ACT.
Be on the lookout for special programs and presentations from PTSA, PAUSD, and Gunn Counseling to help guide you through post-graduation options.
