There are 300 spots available for the Collaborative, and participants will be accepted on a "first come, first served" basis.
"Make a Difference. Lead the Way."
The theme for this year’s Collaborative is “Make a Difference. Lead the Way.” Participants will include administrators and teacher leaders (classroom teachers, instructional coaches, etc.) from eleven districts in the Southwest Education Alliance.
There will be five breakout session strands. These breakout strands will focus on strategies that educators can use to develop skills related to these topics:
Culture- promote healthy cultures within our schools and districts
Change- adapt and evolve in times of change
Communication- positively interact with diverse personalities and perspectives
Connection- use technology as a means of communicating, collaborating, and building relationships.
Collaboration- converge individual strengths to accomplish common goals
