Parent Survey- Now Open through November 15
How are we doing in fulfilling our mission and vision? That is a question that we ask ourselves regularly at every level of Traders Point Christian Schools on a regular basis. On a regular cycle we also survey our parents to help us determine the answer to that question. On November 1, you should have received an email from Ron Evans with a link to complete an online survey. This survey is designed and implemented by DTS, a company that specializes in surveys for Christian schools. They will compile the results and share those results with the administration and board.
The purpose of the survey is threefold. First, we want to determine where we are doing well in carrying out our mission to challenge and educate students within the framework of a biblical worldview while leading them to a personal relationship and transformed life in Jesus Christ. Second, we want to learn where are the biggest areas that need improvement. Lastly, we will use the information as a key component in creating an updated strategic plan.
This more people who participate in the survey the better as it gives a more accurate picture that will be a key component in planning for the future. Please be sure to complete the survey before the window closes on November 15. If you did not receive the email with the survey link, please contact Elisabeth Fischer: efischer@tpcs.org.

New CARPOOL Tool for TPCS Families
There has been great interest in carpooling from some of our families. While we can’t facilitate the entire process, we do want to assist where we can. Below is a SignUpGenius link that allows families interested in a carpool to add your name as well as identify other interested families. You contact each other from there. The more families that use this, the more effective it will be! So click the link below to join in to offer, or to find, a carpool. For more information contact Volunteer Coordinator, Lisa Carr.
Have your kids outgrown their Legos? Donate them to TPCA!
The Media Center is looking for donations of gently used Legos, K'nex, Erector sets, magnetic building toys, or marble mazes. Other needs include lots of colorful duct tape and rubber bands. Please contact Beth Herr at bherr@tpcs.org if you have any items that you might be willing to donate!

SCRIP- Shop to Earn Cash Back for Tuition!
With scrip fundraising, families can easily earn cash for tuition for their own children (80%) and for the school (20%) while they shop.
Scrip is simple. Order gift cards, e-cards, reloadable or printable certificates for many places at which you shop, dine and play already and a percentage of what you spend comes right back to you as a credit on your student account. Simply use scrip gift cards for everyday purchases, and earn a rebate on each one at no additional cost.
Scrip is easy. Families purchase online – no checks, no submitting order forms to the school -- and your cards/certificates are available either instantly for print, redemption on your Smartphone, or as reloadable gift cards. For more information, visit the Scrip website at www.shopwithscrip.com.
To sign up you will need our Traders Point enrollment code. However, we are unable to publicly publish our enrollment code for security reasons. Please email tpcascrip@gmail.com for this code and further directions.
We pray this will be a blessing to all of our Traders Point families!
