Cherry Cake


350 g sour cherry pitted

350 g self-raising flour

3 eggs

1 glass of milk

1 cup of sugar

1 cup of sunflower oil

10 g vanilla sugar


1. Put all of the ingredients but the sour cherries in a bowl.

2. Mix well.

3. Pour the mixture in a baking dish.

4. Spread the sour cherries on the top.

5. Put it in the preheated oven at 160 degrees.

6. Bake for twenty five minutes.

7. Cut it after it`s cool down.
