Communications and Collaborations Tools
There is no denying that students learn and perform better when their family is engage and active in their learning. As your child's 12 grade teacher, it is my duty to not only educate students but to also keep their parents inform about progress in the classroom. That way, parents can help their children at home and address any issues personally. This newsletter is intended to provide parents with valuable tools that keeps them up to date with their child's education and provide necessary assistance if need be.
Our Tools
ShowMe
Bringing the whiteboard from the classroom home, this tool lets teachers to record voice-over tutorials and share them online. This enables students and parents to access lessons and keep up to date with the curriculum, even on the go and across the world.
Nearpod
This tool lets teachers engage with students and parents directly through an interactive presentation. Teachers simply transfer their lesson plan or activities onto the app from which parents and students are able to access. Teachers then receive real-time feedback and comprehensive repots and data from their lesson. This allows teachers and parents a better understanding of each students strengths and weakness.
Diigo
A powerful research and knowledge-sharing tool, Diigo lets students annotate web pages and PDF's directly as they browse online. Students can then collect their highlighted notes, organize them, and share it with others including classmates, parents, and their teachers alike.
Please Give Them a Try
