5 Weeks to a faster 5K!

How about challenging yourself to run a 5K? 5 Kilometers is a little over 3 miles and there are likely several races in your area happening this Spring and Summer. As a group we are going to combine the benefits of PiYo to increase our speed and endurance while alternating days with running. For 5 weeks we will gradually run for longer bursts of time every other day, while switching off with lower-body PiYo workouts. Each day you will workout under 30 minutes. My name is Sharon Bove. I became a Beachbody coach in April 2014 when I purchased T25 and Shakeology as a challenge pack and signed up for discounts. I never intended to actually coach others until I saw what amazing results I was having from the products. I became so passionate about how Beachbody and Shakeology had changed my life that I decided to commit to helping others achieve the same success.

I am proud to be a wife and mother. My husband has always been a health and fitness expert so now we can share that same passion. We also share a passion for our 3 kids ages 14, 11 and 7. We have 2 rescue dogs that keep us on our toes and keep us smiling!
