Happy Friday Alcova Families!
It has been an exciting week here at Alcova! We had a fabulous time at Skate Night on Tuesday. Our students and families had a blast skating to old and new songs! Our Robotics teams have started practicing and are off to a great start.
Thank you to all of our parents who continue to make our "Step It Up" Program a great success! We appreciate your involvement and support of this important event. There is still time to support your child's school. Please see the link below.
Students will be able to purchase ice cream on Wednesday, October 5th.
We still have many parents that have not completed the required back to school agreements this year. Please click on the link below to visit MyPaymentsPlus and complete them this week. Thank you.

Step It Up! Program!
We are SO excited to invite all of you to participate in our Step It UP! Program!
We need your help to raise money for: New Playground Equipment. In addition to new technology, curriculum enhancements, and innovative learning materials.
Our next step is to ask each of you to take action by October 4th by clicking the link below. It will take you to our school’s donation website, where you can set up your child’s personal donation page and invite your friends and family by email or text message to join in our efforts!

STUDENT CHECK OUTS ALLOWED BEFORE 2:15pm.
Emergency - "Day of" Transportation Change Requests
If you have a emergency transportation change request you must email 978.transportation@gcpsk12.org for the change to be processed. Please use this email only for "day of" emergency changes, where you were not able to send a note in with your student. Change request must be received no later than 1:30 pm to guarantee the change request will be processed.
