Archery Registration is Now Open

The GRAND Event & Scholastic Book Fair are back by popular demand! St. Rita will be hosting two great events that you and your students are sure to love! Due to available space and the popularity of this event, we will be hosting the GRAND Event and Book Fair Shopping on Wednesday, October 12th for all Kindergarten through 8th graders. On Thursday, October 13th our PreK students and families are invited to join us for their very own shopping experience and lunch.
Wednesday, October 12th for Kindergarten through 8th Grade – GRAND Event & Book Fair Shopping
- The cafeteria will be serving your choice of a chicken sandwich or sub sandwich. Adult meals are $4.25 and can be purchased on the day of the event. Please complete the reservation form and return it to St. Rita, by Monday, October 3rd.
- Please come to the gym at your student’s listed lunch time and wait for your student’s class to meet you there. Students and families will be eating in the gym.

Not able to attend the GRAND Event? No problem! Students will have the opportunity to shop the book fair during the school day on Thursday, October 13th and in the evenings on October 12th and 13th during Parent Teacher Student conferences. The book fair will close and be packed up at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 13th. Can’t make it to the fair at all? Out of Uniform to help the walk/run in honor to Ashley's memory
On Wednesday, October 5 St. Rita will be hosting an out of uniform day for $2.00. The money collected will go towards the walk-in honor to Ashley's memory.

Tuition Assistance for 2023/2024 school year
The Catholic Education Foundation, the Archdiocese of Louisville and our funding partners are helping more families than ever who cannot afford the full cost of educating their children in a Catholic elementary school.
WHO CAN APPLY? All families with one or more children enrolled in or applying to a Catholic elementary school in the Archdiocese of Louisville.
WHEN DO I APPLY? New Earlier Dates- Tuition assistance applications should be submitted between October 15, 2022, and November 30, 2022.
Applications submitted by new school families after November 30, 2022 will be accepted and processed in the normal course.
HOW DO I APPLY? A single form, the FACTS management application, will be used for all types of Catholic elementary school tuition assistance. The online application is available on our website, www.ceflou.org.
When submitting your application, you must submit your 2021federal income tax return and 2021 W-2 information.
DO I APPLY EVERY YEAR? Yes, you must apply for tuition assistance each year.
WHEN WILL I KNOW IF I HAVE BEEN GRANTED TUITION ASSISTANCE? Tuition assistance award notifications will be issued to families no later than March 1, 2023. 60 days earlier than before.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Completed applications received by November 30, 2022 will be considered in the initial grant awards. A smaller amount of tuition assistance may be available for forms submitted after that date.
Completed only one FACTS application for your family, including all students in the family (elementary and high school) on the same form. FACTS will send a need evaluation to all funding sources for which each family could qualify as well as the schools you have listed on the form.

¡El GRAN Evento y la Feria del Libro Scholastic están de vuelta por demanda popular! ¡St. Rita organizará dos grandes eventos que seguro les encantarán a usted y a sus estudiantes! Debido al espacio disponible y la popularidad de este evento, seremos los anfitriones del GRAN Evento y Compras en la Feria del Libro el miércoles 12 de octubre para todos los estudiantes de Kindergarten a 8vo grado. Asistencia de matrícula para el año escolar 2023/2024
La Fundación para la Educación Católica, la Arquidiócesis de Louisville y nuestros socios de financiación están ayudando a más familias que nunca que no pueden pagar el costo total de la educación de sus hijos en una escuela primaria católica.
¿QUIÉN PUEDE APLICAR? Todas las familias con uno o más niños matriculados o solicitando ingreso a una escuela primaria católica en la Arquidiócesis de Louisville.

Covid-19: Qué hacer si…
