Message from the Tison Counselor

At Tison, we are examining winter holidays from various countries and belief systems to create a safe environment for all students to explore other cultures. Don't miss a chance to extend the learning by utilizing technology to hone knowledge on celebrations such as Divaldi, Yule, Kwanzaa, and Hanukkah.

In today's multicultural society, conflict is always a negative presence. Be the difference! Set your student's mind-set for global success by creating an attitude of knowledgeable exchange now.

Have a happy holiday!

Understanding High School Credits: Why Your Classes Matter!

Below is an informative slide presentation of high school credit hours and an explanation of how these are earned by 8th graders at Tison. We invite you to watch it! If you have any questions, please email Gwen Ward at gward@weatherfordisd.com.

Eighth graders will continue to explore high school credits and their options by developing four-year plans while in the TSDATAE class with Mrs. Baird.

Upcoming events for Tison!
