Enrollment!!!
All students in Broken Arrow Schools are currently enrolled as in-person learners for the 21-22 school year. If you were planning to return to in-person learning you don't need to do anything!
If you want your students to be in Virtual Academy as a full time student, or as a blended student here is what you need to know:
- Parents will receive a "residency verification' email from Broken Arrow Public Schools . The email will contain a snapcode that is unique to each student. If you don't see it check your spam folder!
- Use the link in the email to fill out the residency verification form. You will be asked if you want to attend Virtual Academy.
- This must be done by April 23rd!
The Video below will walk you through the Enrollment Process!!!!
SAT Test for Juniors!
Parents,
On Tuesday 4/13, Broken Arrow High School will be giving the SAT test to Juniors. This is a state mandated test. Please have your student arrive to the Broken Arrow High School Campus by 7:30. They should report to their designated classrooms at 7:35. They will need their Chromebook for this test, and the test will last close to 4 hours. Please ask them to have their device fully charged and to bring their charger with them. If they need a repair to their Chromebook, please have them see the Chromedesk on Monday 4/12. You will receive their room assignment on Monday. We look forward to this opportunity for our Juniors and are excited for them.
If for some reason your student is unable to attend, we will have make-ups on Wednesday 4/14 and on Thursday 4/15. These are stand-alone sessions so they would only need to attend one of them. Students will need to report to the Auxiliary Gym at 7:30 on one of those days. Seating is limited so availability is first come, first served.
You can find your student’s room number by following the link below.
