DEFAULT BROWSER
- From you keyboard, select the windows key
- After selecting the windows key, (1) Type in Default, and (2) select Default App Settings
- After your default Apps window opens, scroll down to the Web Browser section
- Click on the current browser, and a pop-up to switch browser appears, select the Google Chrome browser to make it your default

Update/ Change: Unified Classroom has gone away. Which means parents will login from a different link.

For campuses / central staff departments assisting parents, please view the attached manual to review a parents process on creating a new PowerSchool account or retrieving their old Unified Classroom account login credentials.
POWERTEACHER PRO
Update/ Change: Unified Classroom has gone away. You will resume the 2019-2020 school year using PowerTeacher Pro which provides a simplier layout for Teachers to access their needed information.
The great news is that you are completing tasks such as entering grades, entering attendance, creating assignments and viewing dropped students has not changed. The difference is your starting point which is PowerTeacher Pro.
Please view the attached manual to assist you with getting acclimated to the updates and changes.

CLEVER Data: Fall 2019-2020
The Clever data sync with PowerSchool is currently paused until 8/5. Once the sync restarts for the current school year, new accounts will be created, where applicable, within Clever and integrated applications. Many apps within Clever are dependent upon purchasing.

ORACLE FINANCE SUPPORT
Users can email with questions regarding Procurement, Finance Management, Activity Funds or iExpense.
PROCUREMENT
Starting July 15, when employees create a new receipt in Oracle, they will have to enter a packing slip number and also attach the packing slip to document the receipt.
The packing slip is the list of items in a package that accompanies the delivery. Before creating the receipt, entering the packing slip and attaching it, employees must compare the items listed on the slip with those received. If any discrepancies are noted, the vendor should be contacted to request the missing items be re-shipped or credited.
For training documentation and contact information, employees can go to the Application Training and Support website by clicking on www.dallasisd.org/ats. Click on the Red Login Button, then log in with your EAD credentials. Click on Oracle Resources, Oracle Finance and navigate to the Receiving section of the training guide or locate the "Creating a Receiver" guides.

Unify
The Student Item Analysis in Unify is one of the most powerful reports that can be used to inform both classroom- and student-level instructional decisions.
After a test is administered, most teachers’ first stop will be the Student Item Analysis (SIA), which yields information by SE, by item, item type and other attributes that are marked on the assessment.

- Browse/Register through Dallas ISD Career Management System no later than seven days before the scheduled class so that we can accommodate all participants with seating, training certificates, and handouts.
- Check the audience and prerequisites for each class to determine if you are qualified to enroll in a particular class.
- Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. If space is available, walk-ins may be allowed.
- Please note that if you do not register, we cannot guarantee you handouts or a computer station. In addition, we cannot notify you if a class has changed location, has been cancelled due to low enrollment, or has been closed due to full enrollment.
- If you cannot attend your scheduled class, please withdraw through your transcript page on Dallas ISD Career Management System.
