May is Mental Health Awareness Month
In a world full of uncontrollables, the one thing you can control is YOU. For Mental Health Awareness Month, make the commitment to try one of these tips to help you feel better and do better. | Practicing daily gratitude is one of the most proven ways to decrease anxiety and increase mental wellness. During Mental Health Awareness Month, try to start each morning by thinking of three things you are grateful for to help you feel better and do better! | If you are struggling with mental health, don't be afraid to ask for help!
