Queen are a bristish rock band that formed in London, in 1970. The band was formed by Freddie Mercury, Brian May, Roger Taylor and John Deacon. Queen's earliest were influenced by progressive rock, hard rock and heavy metal. In 1976 they toured the US and Japan and by spring all four albums resided in the UK Top Twenty. 1978’s JAZZ, included another huge hit single in Bicycle Race and Queen toured the US and Canada.

Freddie Mercury
Freddie Mercury was born in September (1946), on the small spice island of Zanzibar.
Mercury was a British singer, songwriter, record producer and a component of the group of music, Queen.
He was dead in November (1991). The cause of death was bronchopneumonia (brougth on by AIDS).
Freddie Mercury sang with Montserrat Caballé, the song Barcelona, for the Olympic Games.
