Warm season (May to October): the warmest months in Barcelona have a maximum average temperature of 28 °C (82 °F), but it can reach 35 °C (95 °F). Nights are cool, with temperatures oscillating between 12 and 19 °C (54-66 °F). You should bring a cap or hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, and a swimsuit. Barcelona is famous for its water sports, and if you like, be prepared. During the day you should wear comfortable clothing and shoes, but at night you should wear something more formal, since Barcelona is a very fashionable city, and many restaurants require a dress code
Cold season (November to April): the coldest months of the year in Barcelona reach a daytime temperature of 13 °C (55 °F), especially between December and February. Nights are quite cold, with lows of 4 °C (39 °F). Snow is quite rare in the city. You should bring warm clothing, including sweaters, a jacket or overcoat, and closed shoes
