Fall Updates
Dear ADL Families,
Thank you for supporting student-led conferences this month. We value this time for our students to share their learning experiences and progress with their families, and hope it was a meaningful process for you and your student.
We are moving into the next phase of personalized learning plans at ADL. Students have been grouped together with peers with shared interests and assigned to advisors across the building. They will meet with their groups on Tuesdays twice a month to design their personal learning plans and document their progress. Areas of interest include business/careers, STEM, performing and fine arts, culinary arts, sports, academics, and more! Students will share their plans with parents as part of their spring conferences next March.
Happy fall!

- Auditions and casting: when auditions will take place, what the directors are looking for, and the resources needed to assist students in their preparations
- The schedule: rehearsals and show performance dates
- Parent volunteer expectations/hopes: what parents need to know and how to help in order to have the show ready
- Positive behavior expectations, guidelines, and more!
