Tension boiled over between two religions and fighting began. A mostly Muslim group of rebels, they began to send various attacks at them. Division between the CAR started even bigger uprisings between the two groups. The constant fighting between the two groups resulted in the lack of necessitates like food and water which contributed to the death rate two.
Before all the fighting the Muslim population thrived in central Africa and there were estimates of about 80,000 Muslims and little bit after the fighting there were only about 20,000 left in central Africa.
