Health

To ensure I have the very best health I can every day, I will get the right amount of sleep each and every night. Also to ensure I have the very best health every day I will eat healthier. Next, to ensure I have the very best health every day I will exercise. Lastly, to ensure I have the very best heath every day I will manage stress and mental pain.

Pain

I have suffered "pain" in the past. I expect "pain" in my future. But, I will react to that "pain" by seeing pain as a positive. Pain tells me what to do and what not to do. It tells me to make a change or see things differently. What I will gain from that "pain" is I won't feel that pain anymore. As a result, I will be a much happier person.
