We are excited to share this monthly newsletter with you as we continue to build our home-school connection. We will be sharing the newsletter each month electronically.

Friday, October 13th - Teacher Work Day! (No school for the kiddos!)

Monday, October 16th- Fall Holiday! (No school for anyone!)

Tuesday, October 17th- ABSOLUTE last chance to pay for SunTrust field trip!

Friday October 20th- SunTrust Park field trip

Monday, October 23- Friday, October 27th- Red Ribbon Week

RED RIBBON WEEK:

10/23: Reach for the Stars, Stay off Drugs!
Wear your cozy PJ's.

10/24: Kick Drugs out of this World!
Dress like your favorite space character (Star Wars, alien, astronaut etc).

10/25: Tune Out Drugs!
Dress up like your favorite singer/music artist.

10/26: Drugs are Crazy!
Wear your craziest hairstyle!

10/27: These Paws Don't Touch Drugs!
Wear black and gold.

Homework

ELA/Reading homework will be sent home separately and will be due daily, beginning Tuesday, October 17th. Look for weekly homework sheets from math/science next week.
