School Renaming Survey - Your Voice is Needed

Madison Community,

We want to hear from you about the new name for our school. The deadline to give your feedback is on Tuesday, February 15th at 9:00 am.

The committee for the renaming of Madison High School has thoroughly reviewed all community input received for a recommendation of names.

A list of finalists who meet district policy, committee principles, and vision for the new name of our school has been selected and those are below.

It is important that we hear from families and current Madison students. Feel free to review each potential name and give your feedback at the bottom of the form and not under each potential name if that helps.

Successful Schools Survey - Family Feedback Requested

On Monday, February 8, Portland Public Schools started the annual Successful Schools Survey that allows the district to gather important information.

All PPS families will cover school fit, school climate, barriers to engaging in school, and school safety.

The Successful Schools Survey will take about 15-30 minutes to finish.

If you would like to request a paper copy, please call the Madison main office and leave a voicemail with your name and phone number 503-916-5220.
