The BearTracks Ice Melt Fundraiser will be OPEN to order on TUESDAY OCTOBER 5TH, 2021.

THE DEADLINE TO ORDER IS WEDNESDAY OCTOBER 27th, 2021.

If you have previously registered, you can sign in with your username and password. Continue to enter the access code and follow the steps listed below. If you are a new user then…..

Click on "Click Here to Register"

Enter Access Code: MCSICE

Complete the rest of the registration form. (Including your email address, this will ensure you receive reminder emails about the fundraiser order deadlines)

Click the "Register Now" button at the bottom

Follow the instructions to add each child in your family who attends Madonna Catholic School

Once your child(ren) are registered, click on "Orders"

Proceed to order BearTracks Ice Melt for your child(ren)

YOU CAN PAY BY E-Transfer, or BAMBORA (New)

Payments: We accept order payments through E-transfer or Credit Card

If paying by E-TRANSFER please include your child's name and class in the notes, and send the transfer to madonnacses@gmail.com

The online order system requires a small amount of setup time at the beginning as you must register your child you have attending our school prior to ordering . Once the initial setup process is complete, your fundraising orders for the remainder of the year should be quick and simple.

DEADLINE for ORDERING and PAYMENT for this fundraiser is WEDNESDAY OCTOBER 27th, 2021.

A reminder for all families that the AHS Daily Assessment needs to be completed and actioned each morning prior to coming to school. If your child is experiencing symptoms please choose:

1. “Flu-like symptoms”

2. “other illness or injury” If they are experiencing symptoms that you do not deem to be flu-like, or your child has a medical appointment.

3. “parent excused.” If your child is experiencing no symptoms at all, please choose this. The parent excused absence should only be chosen if you are keeping your child home for a reason that does not pertain to a medical issue. (i.e dance competition)
