This Week at Royal
December 14 - 20, 2020
Greetings, Falcons!
I am reaching out today to provide an update on COVID-19 at Royal ISD. We understand that many of you are concerned because the case rate in Royal ISD has increased slightly since Thanksgiving.
We are closely monitoring COVID case levels at all Royal campuses to ensure the health and safety of all students and employees. At this time, our positivity rate is very low. We currently have 377 employees and 1,696 on-campus learners. As of 12:48PM on December 11, 2020, we have 14 active cases for the 2,073 on-site individuals (0.68%). Since September 18, 2020, we have had a total of 26 cases (1.25%). Thank you for your diligence and support in keeping the COVID positivity rate low in Royal ISD. As always, our number one priority is the health and safety of all Royal students and employees.
