Show and Tell FRIDAY!
The children are SUPER excited about Show and Tell this FRIDAY!!! Please send a photo (text or email is fine) of your family's pet. If you do not have any pets (or if you do not have pictures of your pets) your child may bring a stuffed animal representing their favorite type of pet.
Writing is Fun! Students have enjoyed writing letters and stuffing them in envelopes! | Shape Pictures After reading shape books, students made their own pictures using shapes and felt boards. | Letter Sort The kids enjoyed sorting letters by attribute. They learned that some letters have holes and some do not. |

Fine Motor Skills Refining pincer grasps greatly improves handwriting and hand strength. Students enjoyed working on fine motor skills with eye droppers. We incorporated math by counting droplets and exploring fast and slow "squeezes" with the dropper. | Castle Building Students tested how tall they could build a "castle." They counted how many blocks they could stack in their towers and compared the heights of theirs and other children's castles. | Cheeto Came Out to Play Cheeto enjoyed going to the "restaurant" in House Area during Work Time. Students made him lots of food to eat! |
